Fast growing, PE backed tech aggregator on the lookout for a Financial Controller to join the business on an interim basis. You will be required to
lead and transform our finance function. Reporting into the CFO, this role will be pivotal in building a best-in-class finance capability that supports our ambitious growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations, reporting, treasury, and compliance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Oversee financial systems, controls, and risk management
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
- Partner with senior leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders
About You
We're looking for a commercially-minded finance leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels. You will bring:
- CA/CPA qualified (Big 4 background highly regarded)
- Proven senior finance leadership in a growth or PE-backed environment
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Experience scaling finance systems and processes
- Track record of driving change and building high-performing teams
- Ability to communicate effiectively with all levels, including C-suite.
