PROJECT SUPERVISOR

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying workshop drawings, bills of materials, and project documentation to ensure compliance with Australian standards and customer requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and check IFR (Issued for Review) and IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings to ensure compliance with customer specifications and project requirements
  • Ensure all drawings meet Australian Service Rules and relevant standards, including QECM, MIR, SIR, AS 3000, AS 61439 series, and ASB type-tested requirements.
  • Review and verify the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure consistency with workshop drawings and alignment with available stock.
  • Liaise closely with Project Engineers to resolve any design or production issues identified on the workshop floor.
  • Manage and maintain back orders in line with project electrical schedules.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer comments on workshop drawings.
  • Support Project Engineers by addressing design queries and troubleshooting identified issues.

About You

  • Strong understanding within the Switchboard Design space.
  • Experience interpreting and checking electrical schematics and General arrangement drawings.
  • Familiarity with AS 3000, AS 61439, and related standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
