ULTRA PILATES Leichhardt is looking for friendly, energetic, and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our growing team

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll deliver programmed Reformer Pilates classes that push clients beyond their comfort zones, in the best way. Our classes are all programmed with a focus on dynamic and strength-based movements, designed to deliver real results.

You'll confidently lead groups of up to 10 clients while giving individual attention, adapting for pregnancy, injuries, and ability levels, all while keeping the class flowing and the energy high. We're after instructors who go beyond the standard and want to grow, challenge, and inspire their clients every session.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Mat and/or Reformer Pilates Qualification (or working towards it)
  • Strength & Conditioning Certificate (desirable)
  • Exercise Science / Exercise Physiology Degree (desirable)
  • Group Training and/or Personal Training experience
  • Customer service & client engagement skills
  • Sales experience (desirable)
