The Opportunity
The Solutions Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting in the implementation of next-practice operational system solutions, particularly related to the Child Care Management System (CCMS) and other integrated systems. This role focuses on enhancing user and parent experiences, improving efficiencies, aligning with company objectives, meeting regulatory requirements, and ensuring corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the centre network, providing timely and accurate support through the ticketing system.
- Act as the secondary point of contact for the CCMS vendor in the absence of the Operations Solutions Manager.
- Assist in the CCMS vendor relationship in accordance with the partnership agreement and in good faith.
- Act as an escalation point on contractual and service deliver matters.
- Keep informed of Government and other regulatory requirements / changes, ensuring vendor, system and company compliance.
- Develop and communicate CCMS system updates, supporting processes, and issues with key stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of additional CCMS vendor solutions (eg Xplor Essentials) across G8 Centres.
- Assist in the identification, planning and implementation of "next practice" business and technical systems that complement and enhance the CCMS and Operations Ecosystem.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of an Operations Systems Solutions roadmap.
- Work cross functionally to develop leading training materials, communications, project and change management solutions as it relates to Operations Systems Solutions.
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with G8 Education's values
- Provide operational support by sharing ideas to drive continual improvement in operating systems and standards.
- Visible support within Operations including Centre team meetings and Centre visits.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Support Office teams.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in Early Childhood, or operational leadership
- You bring a strong understanding of Child Care Subsidy and Family Assistance legislation and compliance
- Systems knowledge of current ECE software packages and regulation
- Xplor experience is highly desirable
- Skills in technical writing, specifically procedural documentation and process mapping
- Exceptional written, formatting and presentation skills
- Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
