Your Next Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Contact Centre Level 1 Operator will be responsible for providing technical and customer support to our customers of Ingenico. You'll help to understand their problems and find and offer timely solutions.
This is a Permanent, Full-time role based onsite in Preston, and you will work on a rotating roster between Monday to Sunday from 6:30AM to 8:00PM (considering the normal work week 37.5 hours).
A typical day would look like:
· Answering a high volume of calls from our customers that need troubleshooting support with their EFTPOS machine
· Meeting daily KPIs
· General reporting and administration
What you'll need to succeed
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Experience in working towards KPIs desirable
· Previous customer support experience desirable
