Electrical Supervisor

We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in our aim to keep growing together, we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our project based in Fulham

Main tasks:

• Report to and support the Electrical Superintendent in managing the electrical works of the Solar Farm;
• Manage the electrical workmanship on site in an effective and efficient manner;
• Responsible for supervising the electrical works in the project;
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure their work follows plans and is on schedule and on budget;
• Analyze drawings related to the electrical package from Engineering and subcontractors;
• Provide feedback regarding the performance of subcontractors;
• Oversee and supervise field personnel and subcontractors; managing and supervising Production and Quality of Subcontractors and self-performance´s workforce, making sure they comply with scheduled works and contract´s requirements;
• Ensure the necessary materials and plant equipment are available on site to meet installation dates, whether it is self-performing or subcontracting the activities;
• Ensure all work is completed in line with the project schedule;
• Ensure that relevant HSE, Quality and contractual requirements are applied and adhered to;
• Ensure the quality of work meets the required standards and conduct work audits on job completion;
• Ensure the delivery of the job within time and cost targets by effective supervision;
• Prepare weekly installation reports and issues/risks;
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all contractors to ensure standard procedures and regulations are followed;
• Comply with the requirements under the VIC regulation in order to be the Company's Nominee;

Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed or trade-qualified Electrician with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong background in solar farm or BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team performance.
• Experience in construction of photovoltaic plants would be advantageous.
