What's the role?

We are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join the Qube team in Geraldton to transport various materials, products & minerals throughout the Midwest region in Western Australia. These are full-time, fly-in/fly-out positions and drivers will be responsible for the operation, loading & unloading of road trains - varying from a double road train up to quad road trains.

  • WA-based applicants – 4-on/2-off OR 2-on/1-off roster available
  • Outside of WA – 4-on/2-off roster only

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

  • Current MC Licence
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience operating double, triple and/or quad road train combinations
  • Prior loading/self-loading experience - ideally
  • Prior side/bowl-tipping experience
  • Front-End Loader ticket (or ability to obtain one)
  • National Police Clearance – Dated within 6 months of application
  • Traffic History Report – Dated within 3 months of application
  • Maritime Security Identification Card – or ability to obtain one
  • WA Fatigue Management Certificate – valid within 3 years
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other operators
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
  • Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
