Shift Management Positions

McDonald's Australia is the largest quick service restaurant operation in the country. Fondly known as "Maccas" we are passionate about our people and delivering great Customer Service whilst working in a fun and safe environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and reliable Shift Managers for our Bomaderry & Nowra Restaurants for an immediate start.

Shift times, Days and hours are scheduled on a rotating roster and will vary weekly to meet the needs of the restaurant. This position falls under the Fast Food Award.

Candidates must be available for 24/7 shift patterns to accommodate rotating rosters that vary weekly.

Your keys to success:

  • Well-presented, friendly and organised
  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service
  • A great team player
  • Police Check required if successful for over 18 applicants
  • Must be 18+ years of age to be eligible for this position
  • Full working rights in Australia is required
  • Previous retail Management experience preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year management experience is required for this role

Previous management experience in a fast past food environment is preferred, however we provide extensive training to all of our staff.
