About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven team member to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will bring energy, confidence, and a strong sales mindset to help drive results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Has worked in women's fashion and/or Shoes
  • Flexibility for scheduled and call-in shifts
  • Proven sales ability with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Previous fashion retail experience (footwear experience highly regarded but not essential)
  • Positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly motivated and exceptionally well-organised
  • A true team player who contributes to a positive store culture
  • Full-time availability with valid Australian work rights for 12 months or longer
  • Able to travel when required to assist with Parramatta and/or Liverpool store

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $26.55 – $35.15 per hour
