Reformer Pilates Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering safe, engaging, and effective Reformer Pilates sessions to a diverse client base, with a commitment to creating world class fitness experiences.

Class Delivery

Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and small groups

Modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels, injuries, or special conditions

Provide clear, motivating, and encouraging instruction throughout sessions

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment

Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to a strong studio community

Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Essential Requirements:

Completed Matwork and Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized training provider

Minimum 12 months of experience teaching Pilates classes (Reformer and/or Mat)

First Aid and CPR certification

Current Professional Indemnity Insurance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others

Experience working in a studio or boutique fitness environment

Additional qualifications in pre/post-natal Pilates, rehab, or movement therapy
