Calibration Technician

Addelec Power Services Pty Ltd is a high voltage electrical services provider with the knowledge and capability to exceed project needs from design conception through to commissioning. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Calibration Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for & prioritise our workshop calibration and repairs process. Additionally, they will support our electrical field service teams onsite with a wide range of electrical works as time permits.

Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will be based in our Campbelltown office.

About the role:

• Calibration of electrical instruments
• Testing of insulated safety equipment
• Travelling to job site and perform testing
• Prepare test and inspection reports
• Maintain the workshop and software
  

About you:

• Calibration experience
• High level of written and verbal communication skills, ability to complete reports
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and autonomously
• Strong organisational skills and problem-solving ability
• Experience with OR willingness to learn repairs to VSD's & Soft starters
• A current driver's license
• Electrician license/engineer advantageous
• Experience in Metcal advantageous
