Synergie Australia is seeking Trade Assistants for a major bus manufacturing company located in Northern Suburb of Green Fields, SA.

The important parts:

Shift: Day Shift, 6:30 am – 2:36 pmPay: $32.50 per hour plus penalty ratesStart: Immediate start available

What you will be required to do:

This role involves supporting skilled tradespeople across general assembly, mechanical, and electrical areas to ensure high-quality production and efficient workflow.

Assist tradespeople with a variety of tasks in general assembly, mechanical, or electrical areasSupport production and assembly processes to maintain quality and efficiencyOperate hand and power toolsFollow instructions, safety procedures, and maintain a clean workspaceWork collaboratively with the team to meet production targets

To be successful in the role you will:

Have some experience, interest, or aptitude in mechanical, electrical, or general workshop workBe willing to learn and support skilled tradespeopleBe reliable with a good work ethic and team-oriented mindsetHave working rights in AustraliaHave access to reliable transport and ability to get to workDemonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
