Established in 1996, we have proudly supported schools and institutions across the country to enhance their visual impact and strengthen community connection. Australian owned and operated, Signpac specialises in providing high-quality signage solutions for primary and secondary schools, as well as colleges, childcare centres, and aged care facilities.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Hornsby. In this role, you will be responsible for the creative design, coordination, and development of all graphical elements of Signpac's products. You'll have the opportunity to bring ideas to life, collaborate with clients and colleagues, and contribute to projects that make a meaningful difference to school communities.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing the design process, including concept creation, coordination, and development (signage industry experience highly regarded).
• Strong ability to translate creative concepts into functional artwork that meets client requirements.
• Proven relationship management skills, with confidence in engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
• Advanced computer literacy, with extensive experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Team-oriented approach, with the ability to follow workflows and contribute to business processes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, with a creative eye for design enhancements.
• Tertiary qualifications in graphic design (desirable).
