Trainee Early Childhood Educator - Full time position

Are you passionate about working with children and eager to begin a rewarding career in early childhood education? We are looking for a Trainee Childcare Educator to join our supportive and nurturing team This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care – all while being paid

What we are looking for:

  • A passion for working with children and a willingness to learn.
  • No prior experience required – we provide full training and mentorship.
  • Enrolled or willing to enroll in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (we will help with this).
  • Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Good communication skills – able to engage with children, families, and staff.
  • Commitment to professional development and a positive attitude towards learning.
  • Physically active and able to work in a hands-on environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred (but Not Required) Skills & Attributes:

Experience babysitting, volunteering, or working with children in any capacity.

Knowledge of basic hygiene, nutrition, and safety practices in a childcare setting.

Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to apply before starting.
