About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist (AHPRA registered) with orthodontic experience to join our growing team. This role is for 2 days per week.

You will work closely with our existing OHT and Dr Alex Yusupov to provide outstanding clinical care, support our patients throughout their orthodontic journey, and contribute to the smooth, positive flow of our practice.

Key Responsibilities (within your scope of practice)

• Providing clinical orthodontic care
• Bonding and removal of orthodontic appliances
• Fitting and monitoring of retention appliances
• Taking X-rays, orthodontic records, and clinical photography
• Performing intraoral scanning
• Maintaining accurate, detailed patient records
• Patient education and oral health assessment
• Adhering to ADA infection control protocols
• Contributing to a collaborative, professional, and friendly team culture

About You

• Fully qualified and AHPRA registered as an OHT or Dental Hygienist
• Previous orthodontic experience preferred
• Skilled in dental photography, intraoral scanning, and clinical orthodontic techniques
• A team player with a vibrant personality and a genuine passion for patient care
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
• Keen to grow personally and professionally in a supportive environment
