Pattysmiths is looking for a passionate and motivated Manager or Assistant Store Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

Location: Pattysmiths Labrador

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role:

As a Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store. You'll lead a dynamic team, ensure operational excellence, and drive growth while maintaining Pattysmiths' high standards for customer service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

  • Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality management (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
