About the role

We are seeking reliable Casual Bar Staff to join our team at our venue located south of Brisbane. Immediate start is available. This is a casual position with a casual flexible roster. There is no Sunday work at the moment and the the venue is closed by 11:30pm. As a member of our bar team, you will play a vital role in delivering great customer service and creating a comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and efficient service to customers
  2. Preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
  3. Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area
  4. Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol regulations
  5. Adhering to all relevant responsible service of gaming regulations
  6. Contributing to a positive team culture and providing excellent customer care

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality environment is highly regarded
  2. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  3. Excellent beverage preparation skills
  4. Ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  5. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain
  6. Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certification or willingness to obtain
  7. Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, Saturdays.
  8. Current Police Check to be submitted upon request.
  9. Written resume preferred
  10. Previous workplace references preferred
