*Your new role*
As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, you will support the overall operations of the service and lead, guide, and support a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.

This is a full-time ongoing role for 76 hours per fortnight, commencing in Term 1, January 2026.

This Includes

• Providing pedagogical leadership to the team to ensure the provision of a contemporary, quality and diverse educational program based on an approved curriculum framework.
• Ensuring children's agency, choice and influence are promoted, so that the programs meet the interests and abilities of each child.
• Providing leadership and being part of a large passionate professional team ensuring the provision of quality Early Childhood programs at the early learning service.
• Ensuring partnerships are developed with families and in the community.
• Ongoing reflective practice, critical reflection and developing a positive professional team and organisational culture.

You'll Also Bring With You

• A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood or equivalent Approved Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority qualification).
• A current VIT Registration.
• Experience gained in Early Childhood.
• Strong organisation and planning skills, including high attention to detail.
