We are looking for an energetic and experienced In store baker / cafe all rounder to join our team This role would suit someone who is happy and flexible enough to work as an opening organiser and as a cafe all rounder.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Previous hospitality/café experience
  • Available Saturday and Sunday 4am-1pm
  • Someone happy to serve customers over the counter and be able to look after bakes.
  • Previous experience in baking.
  • Passion for the service industry and an interest in food/baking/artisan bread/pastry/coffee
  • Can-do attitude is essential
  • Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
  • Punctuality is essential
  • Can work quickly and efficiently
  • Well-presented & safety conscious
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Is happy to work as both in store baker and all rounder when required
  • Some early morning starts (5 am)
  • Monday to Thursday week days availability
