We believe that high-end fashion photography is for everyone not just the elite. We produce portfolios of images for our clients in our Studios in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
The Role – the meeting of creativity and technical skills
The Post-Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the studio's end-to-end production process, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, to standard, within scope and budget. This role combines hands-on technical skills, team management, and process oversight to maintain the studio's high-quality results and client expectations.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Retouch images in Photoshop to a professional, client-ready standard.
 - Oversee and help prepare, print, and order digital and hard-copy orders.
 - Collaborate with colleagues to prioritise assignments and meet client needs.
 - Engage with clients concerning any retouching, delivery issues.
 - Maintain and improve quality control across all retouching and production work.
 - Monitor turnaround times and workload capacity, adjusting resources as needed.
 - Maintain effective relationship with suppliers to ensure production needs and timelines are consistently met.
 - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, new methods and ideas for the continuing success of the Studio.
 
Skills Required:
- Advanced retouching skills – including the use of Photoshop, Adobe Bridge.
 - Experience in preparing, printing, and ordering hard-copy client product.
 - Excellent eye for detail and commitment to high-quality visual output.
 - Effective communicator, able to liaise with creative, technical, and client-facing teams to ensure product is on-time and within budget.
 - Highly organized with strong time and project management abilities.
 - Experienced in problem solving while under critical time pressures.
 - Experience in rostering and managing team members a plus
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
