About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our team. This position is focused solely on estimating and would suit a recently qualified Quantity Surveyor or an experienced industry professional. You will be responsible for preparing accurate costings, developing competitive bids, and supporting the delivery of successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for metal roofing and cladding projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop competitive tenders.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.
• Support contract administration, including reviewing terms and variations.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure commercial efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Experience in estimating and contract administration within roofing, cladding, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of metal roofing and wall sheeting materials and installation methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
