Administration Assistant/ Executive Support
FULL TIME POSITION
Maitland Christian School is in an exciting season of growth. With a strong reputation in the local community asa school of quality Christian education, our student numbers, organisational capacity and facilities are rapidly expanding.
Applications are invited from Christian administration professionals for the position of Administration Assistant/Executive Support. This is a full-time equivalent role commencing as soon as practicable. This role requires a team player to effectively support all our Executive Assistants. This includes providing reception duties, basic supervision of students sitting in the Executive Reception area and various administration duties for the EA team.

Essential Criteria
- Administrative proficiency: Strong skills in managing calendars,
handling correspondence, filing systems, and using office software
(e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reception duties: Experience in greeting people, answering phones,
and managing front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication,
with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Organisational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities,
and maintain attention to detail in a busy school environment.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information
with discretion and integrity.
- Understanding of child safety and duty of care principles.

Desirable Qualifications
- Prior experience in a school or educational setting.
- Familiarity with student management systems or school administration platforms (TASS/Edval).
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
Salary
Salary will align with NSW Christian Schools Teaching Staff Multi- Enterprise Agreement at the successful applicant's level of responsibility and experience.
