Our client, ERINFAIR PTY LTD T/AS Bunbury Farmers Markets seeks experienced Bakers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparation and production of quality bakery products
  • Preparing, mixing, cutting, and shaping dough ready for baking
  • Monitoring proving, baking and cooling times
  • Operating machines and tools to prepare bakery products
  • Ensuring the implementation of hygiene standards in the workplace

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • All relevant experience will be considered and for applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification / training, less experience will be considered
  • A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed communication and team skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on consistency

Salary

The Annual Salary is $73,150 - $75,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.
