The Role

As Retail Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and visual merchandising to boost sales and product visibility.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and customer care.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including rostering within budget, opening/closing procedures, and policy compliance.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and grow our Sister Club loyalty program.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Complete reports accurately and utilize computer software for operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Pharmacy experience essential; S2/S3 training highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Passion for health, beauty, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to roster staff effectively within budget constraints.
  • Proficient in report completion and computer software usage.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
