Clinical Research Site Lead

Reporting into Vial Operations, we are seeking a Site Lead with a strong background in Phase 1 Clinical trials, preferably with a nursing or equivalent background. This role is pivotal in the Vial mission of making early stage Clinical Research an efficient, high quality engine and will play a critical role in bringing new life changing medicine to the market The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a high patient load and critical submission deadlines for Vial Therapeutics programs.

• Oversee subject recruitment
• Manage patient schedules, site equipment maintenance, patient record/source documentation
• Collaborate with Vial Leadership and Principal Investigator for site success
• Monitor and report on patient metrics and overall status of clinical trials

• Strong skills in time management, documentation, and patient care.
• Ability to make fast decisions without sacrificing the data quality of the study.
• Experience with regulatory compliance for Clinical Trials.
