What You'll Do:

• Learn and perform various tasks related to spray seal and road maintenance as part of a sealing crew.
• Operate equipment under supervision to prepare, apply, and finish sealing surfaces.
• General labouring tasks
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality in everything you do.

About You:

You don't need to have a strong background in construction or asphalt – we're looking for individuals who are:

• Keen to learn and take on new challenges.
• Enthusiastic about working outdoors and being part of a team.
• Committed to fostering inclusion and bringing unique perspectives to the job.
• Physically fit and prepared for hands-on work.
• Flexible with shift work including days, nights and the occasional weekend.
• Prepared to be Living Away From Home during week days throughout regional Victoria.
• Be willing and eager to learn our trade
• Practical awareness of the civil/trades industry
• MR or HR licence preferably
