Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new business opportunities in the Western Australian market. You will play a critical role in expanding the company's footprint across various sectors within the transport and logistics industry.

  • Build high-impact relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and strategic partners across WA.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from generating leads to negotiating and closing deals that drive real business growth.
  • Uncover market opportunities through deep research and trend analysis to position the company in high-growth sectors.
  • Shape and execute bold strategies that align with business goals, delivering measurable impact and long-term success.
  • Represent the brand with influence at industry events, conferences, and networking functions across the region.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations and grow revenue
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the Western Australian market.
  • 5 years of Transport / Logistics industry related experience highly desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years in outside sales with a prior track record of meeting / exceeding performance goals & expectations.
  • Confident with business and marketing platforms such and LinkedIn
