Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Sunbury, VIC. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating sales transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Salesperson will be required to maintain detailed records of all sales activities and work closely with clients to understand their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management
• Ability to conduct property tours and deliver compelling presentations
• Experience in sales negotiation and closing transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency in real estate industry regulations and practices is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred
