About the Role As a Business Development Executive, you'll drive ERP Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations business development, managing the full sales cycle and building trusted relationships with Small and Medium Corporates (SMC) and Unmanaged accounts across Australia. Working side by side with Microsoft sellers and stakeholders, you'll proactively identify opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and close new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the ERP sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Lead consultative client meetings, tailoring solutions to business needs.
  • Execute strategic account plans to secure new clients.
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams on lead generation.
  • Respond to RFPs and negotiate deals through to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other strategic partners.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years in B2B consultative sales, ideally within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, particularly Finance & Operations.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Microsoft solution selling.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
