About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Forklift driver to join our growing team at New Directions Australia in our Sydney Head Office.

In this role you will work within our warehousing team and will be responsible for operating the forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Within the role you will also be required to maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock rotations.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Operation of Forklift including pre-operational inspections.
  • Warehouse duties including stock rotations.
  • Arranging and moving raw materials.
  • Providing stock updates to the purchasing team.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while meeting performance targets and KPIs.

About you:

  • A current Forklift Licence is essential with proven experience.
  • Experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience is required.
  • Experience with manual handling.
  • A competent understanding of Work, Health, and Safety Requirements.
  • Must be organised and competent to complete tasks, unsupervised.
  • You're a self-starter that enjoys working in a busy operation environment.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
