Warehousing Traineeship

Partnered with our host, ProMinent, we are seeking a full-time Logistics Specialist Trainee to join the warehouse team in Acacia Ridge.

ProMinent, headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany, is a global leader in chemical fluid metering and monitoring, operating in over 60 countries. In Australia since 1976, ProMinent Fluid Controls provides chemical dosing, water treatment systems, and pumps with full-service support.

This two-year traineeship offers hands-on experience in warehousing operations and the opportunity to earn a TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, preparing you for a successful career in logistics.

In this role, you will receive full training across warehouse operations, stores management, and administrative support building a strong foundation for a career in logistics or supply chain management.

• Receive, inspect, and store goods; pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain a safe, compliant workspace
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks, and manage replenishment
• Update records, prepare shipping documents, and liaise with suppliers and teams
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

This position suits someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow practical skills in a supportive, team-based environment.

• Full time 2-year contract including paid annual and personal leave
• Weekly pay cycle

Requirements

• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol Screening, and Police Check
• Forklift licence (advantageous).

• Previous work experience (warehouse experience highly regarded but not essential)
• A passion for delivering great service to internal and external customers
• Energetic, proactive, and open to cross-training and change
