We are seeking highly motivated people with exposure in a similar role or industry to join our Crestmead Manufacturing Facility.

We have positions available working a minimum of 38 hours per week 9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri, plus overtime as required. We are looking for someone who has an MR or HR license also who will be willing to fill in as a Driver when required.

The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager and Manufacturing Manager, the Warehouse Operator's primary focus is to:

  • Efficiently complete the various day-to-day activities within the Production and Packaging teams with high quality packaging of orders, QA inspections on fabricated stock and general safety
  • Achieve 100% DIFOT whilst minimising damage to stock
  • Training of new team members on standard operating procedures as requested
  • Foster a positive and can-do approach to servicing the needs of Oxworks internal customers (Branches) as a priority

The Applicant

The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate that following:

  • Demonstrated warehouse experience in manufacturing environment
  • Current forklift license
  • MR or above License
  • Ability to follow clear verbal instructions
  • Ability to multitask
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent people and communication skills
