Catering Team Lead - Graduates Welcome to Apply

Full Time | Melbourne

At Nosh, we're all about fresh flavours, feel-good food, and a team that takes pride in every bite. We're looking for a Catering Team Lead to work with the team and ensure every order that leaves our kitchen is accurate, on time, and up to Nosh's quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Work with the team to ensure everything is completed accurately and to standard, from prep to completion.
  • Lead the team to deliver consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Exercise proper stock management.
  • Coordinate with Management to ensure sufficient stock and staffing requirements are met.
  • Communicate clearly with the team to foster positive team culture and accountability.

What we're looking for

  • Either 1 year experience in catering, production kitchens, or hospitality leadership roles, OR a recent graduate of a relevant degree.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills — you thrive on structure.
  • An eye for detail and high standards when it comes to food quality and presentation.
  • A hands-on leader who brings out the best in their team.
  • Understanding of stock control, food safety, and operational efficiency.
