About the Opportunity

Are you looking for a hands-on role with variety and long-term career progression? The Bottle-O, Pit Lane is seeking a reliable and hardworking Store Worker & Bottleshop Attendant to join our team. This position combines warehouse duties with customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This is a permanent position and will include a mixture of 7am-3pm + 10am-6pm shifts between Monday-Friday.

In this Role

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of stock
  • Assist with loading/unloading deliveries (forklift use may be required occasionally)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Greet customers warmly, answer product-related questions, and provide tailored recommendations
  • Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately
  • Unpack stock and replenish shelves

You're Likely a Match If

  • Valid RSA Certificate
  • Previous experience in pick/pack, retail, hospitality, or customer service is ideal
  • Comfortable with manual handling
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
