This is an exciting opportunity to join our technician fleet at KGB Security (Brisbane) as an Alarms and Digital Security Technician. This full-time role, based in southeast Queensland (surrounding areas) plays a critical role in our electronic security department.
About the role:
- Must be competent in working on and installing Alarms (monitored and unmonitored), CCTV, Intercoms and Access control – ensuring proper placement, functionality and programming
- The ability to assess, diagnose and accurately repair or provide a solution to an issue within a security system
- Walk customers through the operation and troubleshooting of their system
- Ability to prepare a quotation which clearly outlines a system as discussed with a customer
- A "can-do" attitude with a positive & professional approach
- Involves working both in a collaborative/team environment and working autonomously
Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Queensland Divers License
- Queensland Security License
- Broad Knowledge of Alarms, Camera and Intercom systems
