WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join our dedicated allied health team at Mount Barker Hospital, providing vital physiotherapy services to support patient recovery and wellbeing in an acute inpatient setting. This temporary part-time role offers an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive, community-focused care tailored to the needs of our diverse rural population. You will benefit from clinical supervision, ongoing professional development, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to improving health outcomes in the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Deliver and coordinate high-quality physiotherapy services to inpatients, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery journey.
  • Apply clinical expertise across a broad scope of practice, integrating prevention, early intervention, and therapeutic approaches.
  • Provide clinical leadership by contributing to protocols, mentoring colleagues, and supporting physiotherapy students on placement.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement activities, service development, and multidisciplinary team initiatives within the hospital and region.
