The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our NSW team, working across South West Sydney including Padstow, Hurstville and Milperra . This is a fixed term contract for parental leave until Nov 2026 but may extend or become permanent.

With a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday, you will work with a range of clients within community and residential aged care. Supporting and enabling patients to achieve their goals and ultimately helping them participate in and live their best lives, you will provide services across the following packages and programs:

  • Home Care Package clients: supporting clients to remain independent at home, through:
  • home assessment, equipment prescription and home modifications.
  • Rehab in the home program: focusing on post orthopaedic surgery
  • Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries

About you

You are a fully AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, ideally with experience in community and residential aged care settings, as well as in rehabilitation. You are comfortable working independently and providing support to individuals in a variety of care environments.

As a mobile Community OT (with your own vehicle, we provide KM reimbursement), ideally you live in South West Sydneyand are comfortable travelling to our client's homes. You have a patient centred approach and are passionate about better health .
