Dynamic Property Solutions is expanding and we're looking for a motivated Landscape Maintenance Team Member to join our team. This role starts as casual, with the opportunity to transition to full-time for someone who shows reliability, pride in their work, and a positive attitude.

About Us

Dynamic Property Solutions is a family-owned garden and property maintenance company servicing residential and commercial clients across the Perth metro area. We have built a strong reputation for reliability, quality and a friendly, professional approach.

The Role

Your day-to-day work may include:

  • General garden and grounds maintenance
  • Mowing, pruning, edging and weeding
  • Mulching, fertilising and planting
  • Operating mowers, trimmers, hedgers and hand tools
  • Working independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in garden/landscape maintenance preferred but not essential
  • Full, unrestricted manual driver's licence (required)
  • Ability to follow instructions and take pride in your work
  • Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor manual labour
  • Strong reliability and work ethic
  • Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one

If you have the right attitude, we will train the skills.
