· Contributing to design quality, documentation, and project coordination (your scope will grow with your skillset).
· Supporting the delivery of client presentations and contributing to reports and graphic deliverables.
· Assisting senior staff with research, workshop facilitation, documentation, and both hand and digital drawing.
· Participating in site visits and potentially traveling within Australia.
· Collaborating with clients, consultants, and suppliers to drive project success.
· Providing support with marketing and administration tasks when required.

Who We're Seeking
We're looking for someone who is ready to jump in, learn, and grow in a supportive environment. You'll be someone who naturally reflects Orterra's values in every interaction - whether with clients, colleagues, or the broader community. Have a keen eye for detail and a creative, forward-thinking mindset. You're proactive, confident, and comfortable working independently when needed, while also being a great team player.
Clear communication is one of your strengths, you are keen and willing to learn about a wide variety of projects and you're not afraid to ask the right questions to stay on track. Most importantly, you bring energy and enthusiasm to consistently meet deadlines and keep things moving.
