About the role

Store operations

Open and close the store, including cash up and security.

Lead day to day floor operations and delegate tasks to staff.

Provide high level customer service and handle complex customer issues.

Maintain store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness standards.

People management

Ensure staff follow store safety procedures and incident reporting.

Train and onboard new staff on pricing, tagging, POS and store systems.

Create and manage staff daily task lists and break schedules.

Support weekly roster planning and staff coverage.

Give ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.

Communication and admin

Act as key contact between owners and store team on your shifts.

Record shift notes, incidents and maintenance issues.

Assist with staff availability updates and basic HR admin.

Attend occasional manager meetings and contribute store feedback.

Stock and pricing

Oversee intake of new stock, steaming, tagging and pricing.

Ensure pricing guidelines are followed across categories and conditions.

Coordinate replenishment on the floor and organise back of house.

Cash handling and POS

Supervise POS operations and refunds or exchanges.

Perform cash up, EFTPOS reconciliation and banking preparation.

Resolve POS issues and support staff with system errors.

What we're looking for

Retail experience. Supervisor/manager experience preferred

Must be knowledgeable in clothing and fashion.

Availability, Expect regular shifts, usually 3 to 5 shifts a week.

A positive and friendly attitude that is committed to great customer service.

Critical thinking, willingness to take initiative and make decisions.

Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.

Interest in fashion (vintage, designer, streetwear is a plus)

Team player, easygoing and happy to collaborate

Competency using social media and comfortable on camera.

Flexible and growth mindset, help us grow and do the best we can.

Sewing competency and general textile knowledge preferred but not required.
