Caretaker(s) Wanted – Deloraine Apex Caravan Park

The Apex Club of Deloraine is seeking Expressions of Interest for one or more individuals or couples to take on the caretaker role(s) at the Deloraine Apex Caravan Park.

We are open to all arrangements — whether you're looking for:

- Full-time or part-time work

- A casual role with flexibility

- A couple's position on a contract basis

We want to hear from you.

You'll help us run a clean, friendly, and well-kept community caravan park in the heart of Deloraine. The role includes guest check-ins, cleaning, light gardening, basic admin tasks, general maintenance, and phone or email communication with guests. The position can be tailored to suit your capacity and availability.

Essential Requirements:

1. Full working rights in Australia
2. Current driver's licence
3. National Police Check

Technical Requirements:

1. Computer literacy for bookings and correspondence
2. Ability to use booking management systems (training provided)

Note: The park is closed for 4–6 weeks during winter, providing a natural break each year.

Work Schedule:

1. Must be available weekends and public holidays
2. After-hours emergency response required
3. Park operates year-round except for 4-6 weeks in winter

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to perform cleaning duties
2. Capable of conducting basic maintenance tasks
3. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
