Occupational Therapist – Flexible Telehealth & Community-Based Role (Contract / Casual)

Location: Remote / Community-Based (Sydney)

Pay Rate: $100 per hour or per report (flexible)

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a flexible, contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals looking to supplement their income with a manageable caseload and autonomy over their schedule.

About the Role:

  • Telehealth and community-based services – work from home or visit clients in the community as needed.
  • Focus on adults and paediatric clients.
  • Primary responsibilities include conducting assessments and writing approximately 20 reports per year.
  • Choose between hourly pay ($100/hr) or per-report remuneration.
  • Flexible hours – perfect as a side job or additional income stream.
  • No ongoing therapy caseload unless desired – report-writing focus.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered).
  • Experience working with both adults and children is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear and professional report writing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Access to reliable internet and a computer for Telehealth services.
  • Current driver's licence and access to own vehicle for community visits
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
