Role Highlights:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to step into a fast-paced environment and provide essential short-term support. You'll be responsible for day-to-day AP processing and vendor management, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the Accounts Payable function by processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and responding to vendor queries. This role requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

* End-to-end invoice processing and data entry

* Matching, batching, and coding invoices

* Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies

* Reconciling supplier statements and accounts

* Assisting with payment runs

* Maintaining accurate vendor records

* Supporting month-end tasks as required

* Adhering to company policies and procedures

Candidate ProfileYou will bring prior experience in Accounts Payable and be confident stepping into a temporary role with minimal training. Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Key requirements include:

* 2+ years' Accounts Payable experience

* Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems

* Strong Excel and MS Office skills

* High attention to detail and reliability

* Clear communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to commit to a 3-month assignment
