About the role

  • Assisting in leading a classroom by fostering meaningful connections with educators, families, children, and the wider community to deliver a tailored educational program that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Showcasing your sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Upholding the highest standards of compliance with Government Regulations and center policies, ensuring our commitment to quality remains unwavering.
  • Building valuable networks with local stakeholders to enrich the community experience.
  • Cultivating strong relationships and partnerships with both children and families.
  • Contributing to the documentation of children's skills and interests, employing a continuous cycle of reflective practice.

Type of employment:

  • 1x PPT position - To work 3 days per week.
  • 1x Fixed term position - To work 4 days/30 hours per week.
  • 2x Casual positions.

A little about you

  • Working towards or Diploma qualification in children's services, as approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Current blue card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
