Gateway Ford Wollongong, part of a large multi-franchise dealership group under new management, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our professional service team.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position where you will be the key contact between our valued clients and our workshop. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience while coordinating the efficient and timely servicing of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings
• Preparing job cards, quotes, and invoices accurately
• Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Providing clear updates and advice to customers
• Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (Ford experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first approach with a professional manner
• Current driver's licence essential
