The Opportunity

Our welcoming Maroubra facility is looking for two dedicated Care Service Employees to join our team on a part-time basis.

We currently have the following shifts available:

  1. PM Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday (63 hours per fortnight)
  2. AM Shifts: Saturday, Sunday (30 hours per fortnight)

As a valued team member, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents feel supported, respected, and truly at home.

What You'll Do

  • Assisting residents with personal care including showering
  • Supporting residents with meals
  • Contributing to care planning with registered staff
  • Documenting care and services provided to residents
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in an Aged Care Facility
  • Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services
  • Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people
  • Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.
