The Role:
Experienced Domestic Services Supervisor required for a busy hospital environment. Must demonstrate strong knowledge of infection control, patient flow, staff rostering, and resource management. Proven ability in people and performance management essential.

You will need:

  • Proven ability to manage large teams, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet clinical requirements.
  • Strong skills in rostering, reporting, problem-solving, and knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
  • Experience handling difficult and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

Details of appointments:

  • Permanent full time, shift worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 1st November 2025 at North West Regional Hospital.
  • Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 1st November 2025 at Mersey Community Hospital.
  • notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary:
$81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
