Our Fortitude Valley Showroom will be the newest addition to our 10 Showroom locations across Australia, and we're seeking an experienced, passionate, highly service-oriented and helpful concierge to be part of our team. This is a unique opportunity to offer front-of-house support role ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for brides, families, and guests of our newest showroom location.

Our team is made up of high-performing, emotionally intelligent stylists who are more than salespeople, they are trusted guides in one of life's most meaningful moments.

The showroom concierge plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our brides and their entourage. As the face of the store, the concierge is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all customers, ensuring that their experience is both enjoyable and stress-free. While also managing our booking system and being a point of contact throughout the whole Luv Bridal Journey. This role is a mix of customer service and administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience.

  • Manage customer appointments and ensure that customers are seen promptly.

  • Build relationships with customers to understand their individual needs and provide personalized recommendations either in person, email or phone.

  • Pre-consulting the brides before their appointment.

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bridal gown and accessories.

  • Coordinate with the bridal stylists to ensure seamless customer service.

  • Prospect brides after their appointment.

  • Administration tasks.

  • Maintain an organized and clean store environment.

  • Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Working Hours:

  • Part Time 25-30 Hours a week

  • Available to work Wednesday – Saturday

Experience & Skills

  • Exceptional customer service

  • Have at least 2 years experience in a similar position

  • Administrative background highly regarded

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Computer skills

  • High performing attitude with a team spirit

  • Previous fashion / bridal experience an advantage but not necessary.
