About the opportunity:About you
  • A solid understanding of legal principles, practices, and procedures, with a focus on compliance and regulatory integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, practical legal advice and written documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with confidence in handling complex and sensitive legal matters
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to supporting the team through legal insight, conflict resolution, and clear communication
  • Experience delivering advice and documentation on disputes, FOI and complaints, including drafting and reviewing agreements
  • The ability to support court proceedings by assisting with case preparation and attending court alongside the Principal, Legal & Governance
  • Coordination of recovery actions in partnership with bailiffs and legal advisors to ensure due process
  • A proactive approach to working with internal and external partners on client matters and contributing to improved business practices and processes
