The Team
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 32 industry leading principals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas.
The Role
Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Public Liability team in Melbourne to specialise in Government & Institutional abuse claims. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal support and representation to our clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The Successful Candidate
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- 4+ years' PAE;
- previous experience in Government & Institutional abuse claims
- a willingness to learn and broaden your knowledge in insurance claims, particularly liability and coverage matters;
- previous insurance experience preferably in public liability;
- ability to manage your own file load;
- ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
- effective communication skills;
- collaborative and pragmatic approach.
